You will set the standard when it comes to building out robust scalable processes within Salesforce and related tooling. This role will allow you to have a high business impact from day one. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams across the business to deliver technology solutions and processes to transform how we run the business.What you’ll be doingDefine, configure and customise the Salesforce platform and other tools to support business processes across all our teamsDeliver high impact projects such as building out end to end sales journeys for both high velocity deal cycles and longer term strategic partnership dealsWork closely with our Enablement and RevOps teams to scope priorities and deliver custom business solutionsDefine our backlog of initiatives and identify opportunities to scale our process and operations to better enable our teamsQualificationsWhat you’ll bringAn experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and related GTM TechnologiesSkilled in building complex lead journeys with marketing nurture cyclesA strategic thinker and practical problem solver, capable of understanding desired business outcomes and determining the best actions to achieve themStrong communication skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with our teams based in EMEA, APAC, and NAMExperienced in working with global stakeholders and within dynamic environments (startup experience desirable)Exceptional Salesforce domain skills, including working with standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, etcAn expert with Salesforce Flow builderExperience with utilising AI to support GTM tools like Salesforce / AgentforceExpert level with:Deployment – DevOps, Gearset, CopadoMarketing & Lead Generation – HubSpot, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), BrazeLead Enrichment – Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay, ApolloIntegration & Automation – Workato, Zapier, MulesoftAdmin tools – Data loader, Workbench, Excel/GSheets, SF Inspector etcArtificial Intelligence – Agentforce, Gemini, Credal.aiQualifications:Administrator (ADM201)Advanced Administrator (CRT211)Advanced Administrator Certification (ADX211)Platform App Builder Certification (CRT403)Nice to have but not essentialExperience with CLM Tools DocuSign/JuroExperience with DataCloudAdditional Information🚀 RSU’s in a growing company💪 An annual self-development budget🚀Annual Summer Days festival🐶 Pet friendly offices🏃♀️Lots of fun group activities like yoga, running and boardgame nights🏝️ A paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four yearsFor everyone, everywhere.
