You are expected to drive the order process to be as efficient as possible and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving customer issues. This will require you to build and maintain a network of contacts with internal teams to help support and ultimately provide an exceptional experience for Micron’s customers. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute to corporate strategic objectives, market share and sales plan goals.Responsibilities:
- Understand Sox compliance regarding order entry and management of orders.
- Day to day management of customer’s accounts ensuring that a professional, collaborative and engaged relationship is developed and maintained.
- Ensure proactive steps are taken to optimize sales plans in order to drive revenue Execution, maintain target inventory and meet other metric goals.
- Proactive monitoring/analyzing of reports sales to identify gaps between supply and demand.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners for operational efficiency.
- Focal point for customer related operational issues/escalations and the contact for the customer into supply chain
- Identify and strive for continuous improvement, including establishing global best practices for customer support.
- Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to support sales efforts, as well as Customer’s products and markets to serve customer’s needs better and to represent Customers at Micron. As well as understand and execute on the Customer’s requirements.
- Execute the Customer Supply Commitment process/response to the forecast.
- CSP Alignment to Sales Plan – Work with Sales to receive Bookings to CSP as well as perform CSP increases/remix needs.
- Calling out supply risk/opportunities in Estimated Closing file and Qtr End Meetings.
- Continuously strive to improve Customer Scorecards.
- Hub and/or vHub Management.
- Direct interaction and close collaboration with all internal stakeholders FG, logistic, OP, OF, TSP and field sales team, sales BU, credit teams, share service in resolving customer related escalation and issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: GCSE or equivalent passes in Maths, English and a Science
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or a related role.
- Experience 2 Years experience of working with SAP in a Sales Operations Environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- An understanding of Sox compliance regarding order entry and management of order
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales databases.
- Proficient in Office Suite with a particular focus in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales performance trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to identify gaps between supply and demand and take proactive steps to optimize sales plans.
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as the customer’s products and markets
