This includes strategic sourcing and advice to improve effectiveness and value for money on all expenditure for goods, services and works.Reporting to the Deputy Head of Procurement, the Commercial Team Manager (Non-Medical) leads on the non-medical category of the contracting and tendering workplan (including optimal implementation of national contracts) within the Board.
