This is a high-impact role, responsible for shaping and delivering our regional business plan, working with others to deliver exceptional resident experiences across varying tenures and communities.Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will lead a broad portfolio, including Home Ownership, Anti-Social Behaviour/Community Safety, Resettlement, Lettings and Tenancy Services, all whilst championing innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding our company values and driving cultural transformation across the regions.As a member of the Leadership Team, you will support the Executive Team and the wider organisation to enhance performance, and you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and wider teams across Southern Housing to contribute to the development and delivery of organisational objectives.What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in regulated, customer-focused environments
  • Experience in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams with effective delegation, coaching, and risk management.
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in leading high performing housing teams in complex mixed tenure, with exceptional leasehold and home ownership experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated environments with a track record for successful strategic planning and delivery
  • Strong financial and numerical skills, with experience managing budgets and ensuring value for money.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements at a senior level.
  • Ability to produce and interpret KPIs and management information to inform decision-making and service improvement.
