You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Senior Engineers to help design and develop core systems that power intelligent, data-driven applications.This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to high-performance systems from day one.🔧 Key Responsibilities✅ Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing back-end systems
✅ Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to support AI-based features
✅ Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front-end and data platforms
✅ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices
✅ Assist in optimizing storage and database solutions (SQL and NoSQL)
✅ Contribute to cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks, delivering effective solutions
✅ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to system improvements🧠 What We’re Looking For✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
✔ 1–2 years of experience in back-end development or similar technical roles
✔ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, and familiarity with back-end frameworks
✔ Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and system architecture principles
✔ Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
✔ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
✔ A proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams🌟 Preferred (But Not Essential)🔹 Previous experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment
🔹 Understanding of back-end security best practices
